CAPS letters and flats customers must migrate to EPS by 8/30/2020 or future mailings will be interrupted. Customer outreach letters were mailed the week of 8/3/2020 providing additional guidance on the deadline and steps to migrate. Industry notices have been distributed and industry calls have been ongoing for the past 2 months, giving mailers the opportunity to gain assistance with migrating to EPS and ask questions.
